本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「Ryuby」(以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。 本アプリは個人開発者(伊東志堂)が開発・提供しています。
不具合の報告・ご要望・ご質問など、お気軽に下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。通常数日以内に返信します。
以下の情報は、Appleの標準フレームワーク(SwiftData)によりお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。
これらの情報は設定画面の「すべてのデータを削除」からいつでも削除できます。また、アプリをアンインストールすることでも端末から完全に削除されます。
本アプリは、NHK・はてなブックマーク・ITmedia・東洋経済・GIGAZINE・BBC・NPR・TechCrunch・The Guardianなど、公開されているRSSフィードから記事の見出し・要約・リンクのみを取得します。 本文は取得せず、「全文を読む」操作時に端末標準のブラウザで元記事のページを開きます。 これらの通信は記事データの取得のみを目的としており、あなた個人を特定する情報を含みません。
興味カテゴリに応じたイベント提案のため、Connpass の公開APIを利用する場合があります。この際も、個人を特定する情報を送信することはありません。
アプリ内課金の処理には、Appleの App Store の決済基盤と、購入管理サービスの RevenueCat を利用しています。購入手続きに伴い、匿名化された購入情報(取引ID・購入した商品・購読状況など)がRevenueCatに送信されます。氏名や住所等の個人情報が送信されることはありません。 RevenueCatによるデータの取り扱いについては、 RevenueCatのプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
決済情報(クレジットカード番号等)そのものは、Apple の仕組みにより処理されるため、開発者・RevenueCatともに一切取得しません。
設定でリマインド通知を有効にした場合、端末のローカル通知機能を利用してお知らせします。この通知はすべて端末内で処理され、外部に送信される情報はありません。
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。

This policy explains how the iOS app "Ryuby" (the "App") handles your information. The App is developed and provided by an individual developer (Shido Ito).

The following is stored only on your device, using Apple's standard framework (SwiftData):
You can delete this data at any time from Settings → "Delete All Data," or by uninstalling the App, which removes all local data completely.
The App fetches only headlines, summaries, and links from publicly available RSS feeds (NHK, Hatena Bookmark, ITmedia, Toyo Keizai, GIGAZINE, BBC, NPR, TechCrunch, The Guardian, and others). Full article text is never fetched — tapping "Read full article" opens the original page in your device's default browser. These requests are made solely to retrieve article data and do not include any information that identifies you personally.
To suggest events relevant to your interest categories, the App may use the public Connpass API. No personally identifying information is sent in these requests.
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system together with RevenueCat, our subscription management service. As part of the purchase flow, anonymized purchase information (transaction ID, purchased product, subscription status) is sent to RevenueCat. No personal information such as your name or address is transmitted. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
Payment details (such as your credit card number) are handled entirely by Apple — neither the developer nor RevenueCat ever has access to them.
If you enable reminder notifications in Settings, the App uses your device's local notification system to notify you. These notifications are processed entirely on-device; no information is sent externally.
We do not share the information described above with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
This policy may be updated without prior notice to reflect changes in law or new App features. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
